Woman's Work

There is a rich sexuality, eroticism, and sensuality in the true nature of the feminine. Yet, many women have lost a real sense of connection to these innate feminine energies by turning to the outside world to have their needs met. By turning inward to re-discover their feminine nature, women connect with their inherent power, intuition, and wisdom.

To this end, the woman's Workshops & Groups provide women an experience beyond sexuality, fully comprising all that is sensual through a multisensory exploration of the mind, body and spirit. Participants experience various integrative modalities that include kinesthetic movement, breath-work, body-centered practice, open inquiry, Core Energetics, and Systems Theory.

These modalities, within a circle of powerful women, create a space in which vulnerabilities and issues are transformed into a deep connection to their feminine essence. Women connect to their true nature and inherent leadership abilities, opening them to become potential agents of change in their communities.

The workshops are designed for women from all walks of life and are held as 2 1/2 day workshops. The groups are weekly or bi-weekly and are 2 1/2 hours in length.

The purpose of the Workshops & Groups are to assist women in connecting to the true nature of their essential selves.

Participants will:

• Explore various preconceived roles for women in society and examine how these socially indoctrinated feminine roles may affect their self-image.

• Discover where they abandoned their true nature through identifying body armoring and psychological stressors associated with their lives.

• Experience a variety of healing modalities, in a visceral/kinesthetic sense, to physically, emotionally and spiritually open the body to the feminine.

• Identify and practice personal leadership skills.

• Rediscover a personal connection to your feminine essence.

• Investigate cultural/social messages about being a woman in today’s culture.

• Explore the seven archetypal feminine energies.

• Utilize Core Energetics and various integrative modalities in the healing process.

• Connect to a feeling of true personal power

• Discover your true passion.

• Identify personal longings for deep contact.

• Explore the sensation of pleasure in the body.

• Open to a new way of being feminine in relationships.

• Enhance connectivity to one’s sexuality, eroticism, and sensuality.

• Connect to one’s feminine force, emotions, sexual energy, intuitive wisdom, and deepest pleasure.
